Well, i do have one or two suggestions...
1: make the sprites match the backgrounds. Final Fantasy sprites don't really go well with Mario RPG backgrounds.
2: ive the sprites some animation. All i saw was tweening. It takes very little effort to do that, and it's not very fun to watch. Animate the sprites a little.
3: Finish it BEFORE you submit it. It's completely pointless to submit a movie before it's finished. I mean, COMPLETELY pointless.

pros:
-good art
-swords
cons:
-text goes way too fast
-REALLY bad frame rate
-no sound
-no real animation, besides the clouds.
I would reccomend a few things: adding sound, making the frame rate 20-30 fps, making the swords actually have some decent movement, and making the text stay longer on the screen.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Before you submit your movies to newgrounds, WATCH THE MOVIE YOURSELF and ask yourself "Is this a good movie? If not, what needs to be changed?"

It was good, but you gotta shrink that file size down a notch. Use golwave to edit the song.
Otherwise, it was pretty good, but too short.
