Yeah.... it's a good idea, but that is the WORST frame rate i have ever seen. If you used stop actions, and made the frame rate higher (even a 12 fps frame rate would do), it would be a really good flash. Also, if your word balloons looked a little better. Just think: Learning how to use frame rates will make you into a very skilled flash artist!
